What we collect
Depending on the form you submit, we may collect:

- organisation, company or business name
- professional role
- location or service area
- website, portfolio or social links
- professional disciplines or experience
- pricing, capacity and availability information
- company budgets, headcount and objectives
- interests
- messages and other free-text responses
- signup type, network role or Early Access interest
- your consent choices
- the page you submitted from and the time of submission
How we use it
- processing and responding to your submission
- managing Early Access registrations
- maintaining WOTT's professional and business network records
- reviewing potential professional or business participation
- identifying relevant matching, partnership or introduction opportunities
- contacting you about your submission
- inviting eligible people to future WOTT platform access
- sending optional WOTT news, opportunities and updates — only if you have chosen to receive them
- operating and improving WOTT
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that support website hosting, database infrastructure and communications. When making an introduction or facilitating a potential opportunity, we may share relevant details with another participant where appropriate. Professional or business details are not automatically made public.
Overseas processing
Some of our service providers may process or store information outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data receives a comparable standard of protection.
Protection
We take reasonable security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Submitted information is stored in a secured database that is not publicly readable.
Retention
WOTT retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. When it is no longer required, WOTT will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

Cookies and tracking
WOTT does not currently use analytics cookies or advertising tracking on this website.
